Can you cook for our whole stay?
Yes — from a single celebration dinner to breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of a long weekend. Multi-day menus are planned so nothing repeats.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Yes. Popular destinations include the Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and Central Coast. Travel (and accommodation for multi-day bookings) is itemised in your quote.
What kitchen do you need?
A suitable working kitchen. Send a few photos or the listing link and Vincent will plan the menus and timings around it. Glassware and extra waitstaff are arranged separately.
Are ingredients included?
Yes. Menu prices per person include ingredients; the chef service is charged per day on top (one meal, two meals or a full day).
