Roasted snails served with garlic herbs & crunchy fennel bread 


Coquille St. Jacques 

Seared scallops with roasted cauliflower purée & crispy pancetta 


Les Huitres 

Oysters on the half-shell with mignonette or kiwi dressing 


Les Huitres Grâtinées 

Coconut and parmesan oysters gratin on the half shelf  


Tartare de Boeuf 

Beef tartare served with crunchy fennel bread

Boeuf Bourguignon 

Slow cooked hearty beef stew cooked with red wine, onion, carrot, celery, bacon and served with fresh pasta 


Canard à l'Orange 

Duck breast & orange sauce served potato gratin and greens 


Poisson du jour 

Pan-seared Barramundi with potato gnocchi, butter-poached asparagus, and white wine sauce 


Filet-mignon de Porc 

Prosciutto & pork eye fillet with herbs and mushroom stuffed served with roasted butter potato purée and slow cooked cabbage

Those fees are fixed per experience, regardless of the menu chosen. On top of it, you will need to add the cost of the menu - see next section.

Delivery Option

If you don't want our chef to be on-site, we also offer the same menu delivered. The dishes will be freshly cooked and packaged on the day, and delivery straight to your doorstep. No cooking required. You only need to heat and serve.
